Dana Schmidt’s experience in housing started long before real estate sales. As a Combat Air Force veteran, University of Minnesota graduate, and owner/operator of a home remodeling business for more than 20 years, he developed a working knowledge of homes from the inside out—understanding construction quality, renovation potential, structural considerations, and property condition across a wide range of home styles throughout the metro area.
